Used by elite snipers in law enforcement and the military, this M40A1 is extremely realistic with full metal and real wood construction. Excellent construction is very solid and heavy with light cocking action. Gas is charged into side of breech cover. Uses the same type of magazine and accessories as the standard spring version of the Sun Project M40A1. Basically this TGC version is equivalent to getting a spring version of the Sun Project M40A1 and upgrading with an internal gas chamber kit. Highly recommended for sniper buffs. Front sling mount can be used to install a bipod.
A noter : Le gaz se met directement dans le cylindre (contrairement aux modèles à gaz comme le M700 ou le gaz se met dans le chargeur), ce qui permet donc (logiquement), d'utiliser le chargeur du M40A1 standard. Il possède également un hop-up réglable (alors que le M40A1 standard possède un hop-up fixe). Les rails de montage ne sont pas fournis.
